Our kitchen crew loves to surprise culinary again and again. They take their guests on their journey of discovery, let themselves be guided by curiosity, and use carefully selected products, often from regional producers. Fresh herbs are harvested here and there in the Schindelbruch garden, the red deer comes from their own hunting in the forests around Stolberg.
Perhaps the most important two ingredients cannot be bought: Enthusiasm and authenticity. The guest senses that the kitchen and the service team are wholeheartedly committed to their work. This is not about overly stiff etiquette, because we are convinced: high-end cuisine can and must be fun.
Our sommelier is on hand to help you choose the right wines. In the Schindelbruch vinotheque, all our favorite wines are presented in air-conditioned wine cabinets, including familiar classics from all over the world, but also a particularly large number of regional wines of outstanding quality.
Behind the scenes of our Schindelbruch restaurant is a gourmet manufactory that reinterprets culinary traditions. Our aim is to serve our guests heavenly culinary delights. Or let's say it a little more earthly: From the varied breakfast buffet to small snacks in between to the 4-course Schindelbruch menu in the evening, we are out to put a smile on your face with every bite.

Organic wines can be found as well as vegan offers and with the Alfons Hormuth winery from the Palatinate, we even have a completely climate-neutral vintner in our program!
