Guests bring appetite and a healthy curiosity, many delicacies are from the direct neighborhood, fresh herbs grown in the own garden. Also what comes from afar is selected carefully. Where you can cook like this, new ideas and fine culinary delights emerge again and again. This is how the Schindelbruch cuisine came into being: international creations, inspired by the region. Thanks to our three restaurants this results in a delicious exploration – from elegant to earthly, from rural to Mediterranean.
