... at the nature resort:
The following rules apply Dogs must be kept on a lead. You will find dog stations with bags and rubbish bins on the way to the country residence and at the transition to the "Street of Songs". Please bear in mind that our guests are looking for peace and relaxation in our resort and may feel disturbed by repeated or loud barking dogs.
... in the room:
Bed and couch are reserved for two-legged friends. Your dog must sleep in its own dog bed. Dogs are not allowed in all room categories (rooms for allergy sufferers).
... in the restaurant:
In our restaurants "Wintergarten", "Waldteufel" and "Jagdhaus Holzeule" we are happy to reserve a table for you. Please place your dog under your table. If this is not possible, he will certainly feel more comfortable in the room. Your pet is not allowed in the buffet room.
... in the bar:
Our bar is reserved for two-legged friends.
... in the spa area:
Dogs are not permitted in the entire spa area.
... an important note:
Unfortunately, some four-legged friends require extra cleaning. In this case, we take the liberty of charging you the additional expense of 150.00 euros.
If your dog does not abide by the rules, we reserve the right to terminate your stay prematurely. Thank you for your understanding.
